We are so excited to announce the addition of the Workforce Development Board to our list of service providers that will aid our cause in fighting against the sexual and labor exploitation of our most vulnerable community members.
The Workforce Development Board's mission is to carry out a shared vision that can build and sustain a skilled workforce, a vibrant economy, and shared prosperity for the community of Solano County.
We are glad to share that they will be participating in our Emergency Shelter and Affordable Housing project for survivors and they will carry out the role of providing career information on employment opportunities and provide career guidance and job search assistance for our survivors.
