In addition to the planned shelter, the Solano Anti-Trafficking Coalition works to grow a large support net of services to benefit survivors of human trafficking.
These are services that officially support the coalitions missions and goals.
Thank you to the Workforce Development Board of Solano County and the America's Job Centers of California in Solano County, for supporting the mission and goals of the Solano Anti-Trafficking Coalition.
With funding, the Workforce Development Board of Solano County will be able to provide services including:
1) Provide career information on employment opportunities with the most up-to-date information on high-skills, high-wage, and in-demand industry sectors or occupations;
2) Collaborate on an organized system of career guidance and job search assistance to Solano Anti-Trafficking Coalition participants;
3) Enroll eligible individuals into WIOA to take advantage of funding and intensive job coaching as appropriate; and
4) Coordinate events and outreach as appropriate.
